“Standardization of Halal Other Products and Services” under the SMIIC Standards covers the Islamic law as a whole as well as legal regulations, consumer rights, animal rights and well-being, respect for the ecosystem, and productivity.
We develop common standards with SMIIC’s Islamic Board, SMIIC Technical Committee, and World Halal Association Academic Board for all products and services except for defined products and services. We wish that there aren’t any products or services that are not taken into halal class. Not only the meat of the animals that are cut, but also the tools that make the cut are must be halal too.
